We are always looking to purchase new sites at any stage of the planning and design process aiming to ensure that planning permission is granted for the creation of high quality developments that are aesthetically pleasing showing an appreciation for the local vernacular and local or historic features in sensitive locations such as Brownfield site, greenfield sites, conservation areas and listed buildings.

Previously we have developed on heavily contaminated sites and will always take on the challenge of remediating a contaminated site and putting a well designed scheme in its place that enhances the local landscape.
